- 1½ oz. brandy
- 1½ oz. white creme de cocoa
- 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
- place ice cream, creme de cocoa, and brandy in a blender with about a third of a cup of ice
- push ice into the ice cream and then blend in blender til smooth
- pour in a stemmed, broad rimmed glass
- sprinkle with nutmeg and serve
