YB Favorite Cocktail Recipes

  • 1½ oz. brandy
  • 1½ oz. white creme de cocoa
  • 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • place ice cream, creme de cocoa, and brandy in a blender with about a third of a cup of ice
  • push ice into the ice cream and then blend in blender til smooth
  • pour in a stemmed, broad rimmed glass
  • sprinkle with nutmeg and serve
