- 2½ ounces of gin or vodka
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- for extra dry martini use one drop of vermouth
or none at all and increase the gin
- fill chilled 16oz. glass shaker half full with ice
- add vermouth and gin or vodka
- stir with a cocktail spoon a maximum of three times so as not to bruise (water down) the martini
- strain the martini into a chilled long stemmed classic martini glass and garnish with a stick of three Martini Olives or a fresh lemon twist
- 2 ounces of orange vodka
- ½ ounce triple sec
- ½ ounce orange juice
- fill chilled 16oz. glass shaker half full with ice
- add orange vodka, triple sec, and orange juice
- stir with a cocktail spoon a maximum of three times so as not to bruise (water down) the martini
- strain the martini into a chilled long stemmed classic martini glass and garnish with a fresh slice of orange
- 2 ounces of Absolut Currant
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- ½ ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- ½ ounce Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- fill chilled 16oz. glass shaker half full with ice
- add Absolut Currant, cranberry juice, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- stir with a cocktail spoon
- dip rim of long stemmed classic martini glass into powdered sugar
- strain the martini into glass
