- 1 shot of peach schnapps
- 1 shot of white creme de cocoa
- 1 shot of orange juice
- 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
- place ice cream, peach schnapps, triple sec and orange juice in a blender with about a third to one half cup of ice
- push ice into the ice cream and then blend in blender til smooth
- pour in a stemmed broad rimmed glass
- top with whipped cream and garnish with two thin slices of fresh or canned peaches
