Ever wonder how to make some of those great cocktails that you get at clubs and restaurants?The bartenders at Youngest Brothers have put together a some of their favorite drink recipes, and some tips on how to make them. We will post updates on a regular basis.

![]() In order to make a professional quality cocktail you will need the proper bar equipment. This includes a 10 in. stainless steel cocktail spoon for stirring, a 30 oz. stainless steel shaker, a 16 oz. glass shaker, a four pronged spring ice strainer and a jigger or shot glass. If you are planning to make frozen drinks, you will need a blender. These items are available for on-line sales at A Best Kitchen or at any local restaurant supply store.
